DAN GALLAGHER, DEPUTY DIRECTOR OF TRADING AND MARKETS, TO LEAVE SEC AND RETURN TO PRIVATE PRACTICE

Washington, D.C., Jan. 25, 2010 – The Securities and Exchange Commission announced today that Daniel M.
