Please join me in congratulating Deputy Major Johnny Delgado on his promotion to the rank of Major, Northwestern District, and Lieutenant Sabrina Tapp-Harper on her promotion to the rank of Deputy Major, Northwestern District. Additionally, Major Nathan Warfield will assume command of the Internal Investigations Division. These personnel changes are effective immediately.
