Congratulations to Michael Hanlon and Kwame Manley, who have been named, respectively, Chief and Deputy Chief of the Violent Crime Section of the United States Attorney’s Office for the District of Maryland. Mike is a graduate of Georgetown University and UVA Law School. Kwame, who is better educated than Mike, is a graduate of Harvard Law School.
